Refund policy

30-Night Risk-Free Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@sominari.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, Sominari will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send a return without authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Return eligibility

You may open and use the Sominari diffuser during a normal household trial. Please return the diffuser, power adapter, remote, and other included components. Include the original packaging if it is reasonably available. Products with excessive damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the product purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The original $7.99 shipping charge is non-refundable for preference-based returns. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sominari will cover return shipping and refund any applicable original shipping charge.

Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact support@sominari.com.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly at support@sominari.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Sominari warrants the diffuser against manufacturing defects under normal household use for one year from the delivery date. For an approved warranty claim, Sominari will replace the defective product or component at its discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
