Shipping Policy
Sominari ships to eligible U.S. addresses. Orders are fulfilled from a U.S. fulfillment location. Available delivery options, charges, and the final order total are shown at checkout after you enter a valid shipping address.
Shipping charges
- First U.S. order: Free shipping for eligible customers who have not previously purchased from Sominari, whether they buy 1, 2, or 3 diffusers. The first-order shipping discount applies automatically once the checkout can confirm eligibility and a U.S. delivery address.
- 1 diffuser without the first-order offer: Standard shipping is $7.99.
- 2 or 3 diffusers: Free U.S. shipping. The delivery service available for your order is shown at checkout.
WELCOME15 is a separate 15% order discount and can be combined with the eligible first-order free-shipping offer. If you believe you qualify but free shipping does not appear after entering your U.S. address, please contact support@sominari.com before placing your order.
Delivery timing
Standard and Priority U.S. shipping generally take 3–5 business days; Express U.S. shipping generally takes 1–2 business days when available. These are estimates, not guarantees. Processing time, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and incomplete or incorrect addresses can affect delivery. The available method is confirmed at checkout.
