- 2-pack — Free Priority Shipping: fulfilled through Amazon MCF Standard; estimated delivery in 3–5 business days from the order date.
- 3-pack — Free Express Shipping: fulfilled through Amazon MCF Expedited; estimated delivery in approximately 2 business days from the order date.
